  1. Do I need special software to download Bubbles?

    A computer with access to the Internet and a Web browser is all that is needed

  2. Will I be able to download Bubbles to my computer?

    Bubbles is a downloadable application but requires an Internet connection to function and display content.

  3. Will Bubbles work on my computer?

    Bubbles was developed using Adobe technology in order to reach the largest possible audience and work across all modern computer systems (Mac and PC). See http://www.adobe.com/products/air/systemreqs/ for full details of system requirements.

  4. Is there a limit to how many Bubbles titles I can download onto my computer?

    No. You can have as many Bubbles titles as you like. The more titles you have, the more exclusive content you will receive each day. You can also schedule different times for each title to appear each day on your desktop.

  5. How can I alternate between multiple Bubbles titles?

    If you have multiple titles on your computer, you can easily alternate by clicking on the “Titles” tab in the Bubbles menu bar, located at the top of the frame. A drop-down menu will display your titles. Simply click on the one you would like to view.

  6. I receive a message that my login failed

    Be careful not to confuse the Bubbles eight character passcode with the password you created at the time of the passcode redemption. Also keep in mind that your password is case sensitive. If you created the password with uppercase letters, it needs to be entered that way when logging in.

  7. I have redeemed my passcode but I cannot find my Bubbles calendar. Where is it?

    Upon logging into the Bubbles website http://www.bubblescalendars.com/ with your username and password (not the eight character passcode), you will be taken to a page titled “My Subscriptions”. On the upper right side of that page you will encounter a link that allows you to download the Bubbles application.

  8. My Bubbles installation fails. It seems to indicate that it does not recognize a file type of “.air”.

    Bubbles is reliant upon a third party software package called Adobe AIR. You will need to obtain AIR from the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/air/ . Simply click the yellow “Download Now” button. Adobe provides detailed instructions to guide you through the rest of the AIR installation. Once AIR has been installed you will be able to run the Bubbles installation.

  9. How do I add/delete a reminder?

    To add new reminders simply click on the “Reminder” tab in the Bubbles menu bar, located at the top of the Bubbles frame. Then click on the “+ New Reminder” button and enter text into the information fields. To delete a reminder, pull up the Reminder Menu and click on the “X” next to the reminder. You will then be asked to confirm that you would like to delete the reminder.

  10. How do I renew a Bubbles title?

    To renew a current Bubbles title, simply log into your account on BubblesCalendars.com and access your account profile. Next to your list of titles is the option to “Purchase Another Year.” Follow the steps to enjoy another year of your favorite title.

  11. What if my current title isn’t available next year?

    It’s possible that your current title will not be offered the following year. If this is the case, you’ll be provided a list of available title suggestions based on your previous choices.

  12. How do I change my daily activation time?

    To change the time that your Bubbles calendar appears on your desktop each day, simply click on “Settings” in the Bubbles Menu bar, then enter the new activation time in the “New Content Alerts” section, located on the right.

  13. Where do I update my profile settings?

    Profile settings can be updated on BubblesCalendars.com. Enter your username and password, and click on the Update Profile button.

  14. How do I know when my calendar is about to expire?

    A few weeks before your subscription expires, you will receive an email notification. You can also click on “Settings” in the Bubbles menu bar to see when a subscription will expire. Subscriptions can easily be renewed through your “My Subscriptions” settings on BubblesCalendars.com

  15. Why can’t I see calendar pages all the way to the end of my calendar?

    Bubbles calendars bring fresh entertainment to you each and everyday. What fun would it be if we gave away the surprise?

  16. Can I add an event to calendar pages I can’t yet see?

    Yes, the reminders function works like any other calendar. You can always add future reminders. If a reminder changes, simply go to your “Reminders” tab and alter the details.

  17. Can I include Bubbles on my social networking page?

    Yes. To include Bubbles content on your social networks, simply click on the Share button located on the bottom left menu bar. Choose your social network and follow the prompts.

  18. Why am I unable to redeem my passcode?

    Bubbles calendars is part of the Universal Uclick network. This includes GoComics, The Puzzle Society, & Comics Sherpa. If you have already created an account on one of these systems you'll need to use your existing login to register for Bubbles calendars.
