The passcode may only be redeemed once. Chances are you’ve already redeemed your passcode. More than likely you are trying to redeem the passcode again so that you can download the Bubbles application software. If you need to download a copy of the Bubbles software then refer to issue # 2. If you have not yet redeemed your passcode then check the card on which it came to verify that you are entering it exactly as it is printed. Keep in mind that the passcode is case sensitive. Also be sure to read the passcode right side up.
Whether you failed to obtain a copy of the software when you performed the passcode redemption or you simply want to load Bubbles onto another personal machine, perform the following steps:
The Bubbles installation process should drop an icon onto your desktop like this:![]()
Double click on that icon and enter the user name and password that you used when registering on the Bubbles website then press Login. DO NOT ENTER THE "CODE" THAT CAME IN THE BUBBLES PACKAGING.
Bubbles requires a foundational piece of software distributed by Adobe called AIR. The Bubbles calendar installation process is intended to automatically install Adobe AIR before installing our Bubbles calendar. If for any reason it does not automatically install AIR prior your Bubbles Calendar, you can follow the steps below to install Adobe AIR manually:
In your favorite browser, navigate to this page:http://get.adobe.com/air/
Click the yellow "Download now" button.
If a dialog box presents you with the choice to “Open” or “Save”, click the “Open” option.
You will be presented with a dialog box titled “Adobe AIR Setup”. Click “I Agree” to proceed with the Adobe AIR installation.
When the AIR installation is complete you may need to reboot your machine.
Once AIR is installed, navigate back to http://www.bubblecalendar.com and continue with installing the Bubbles calendar application. If you need to get another copy of the Bubbles installation file then look at issue # 2.
